Anil Dhanpatlal Agrawal - Managing Director
A management graduate with more than a decade of experience in the steel & infrastructure industry, Mr. Anil Agrawal is the founder of Kridhan Infra Limited and heads the organization today. Product innovation and steel industry expertise being his forte, Mr. Agrawal pioneered the concept of ‘ready to use’ steel in India. He was also one of the master minds behind the conceptualization of the first Indian B2B steel portal clickforsteel.com. Mr. Agrawal has successfully led the company through many challenges and hurdles to emerge out stronger and better. His broad global perspective and sharp leadership skills has empowered Kridhan Infra Limited to expand its horizons beyond the domestic frontiers positioning it to become a true international player.
Mahesh Kumar Garg - Director
He is a Non-Executive and Independent Director of the company. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering along with a degree in law (LLB) from Delhi University. He is from Central Power Engineering Services, Batch of 73 & has worked with the central government for more than 35 years in group A & higher positions. He received the president’s gold medal for meritorious & outstanding services while on deputation with Delhi Vidyut Board (DVB).
Abhijit Ranade - Director
He is a Non-Executive and Independent Director of the company .He is the owner & principle Director of ‘Siddhant’- a consulting organization that helps clients achieve a better business performance. Apart from consultancy, Mr. Ranade also conducts marketing management courses for Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM). He also undertakes corporate trainings for leading organizations like TATA Motors, TMTC, M&M etc and is a part of management development programmes conducted by SIBM.
Ms. Priya Shah – Director
Ms. Priya Shah is an Independent Director of our Company. She is an associate member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a Post graduate in Commerce from Mumbai University, and has over eight years of experience in Company Secretarial field.
Mr. Amar Fadia – Director
Mr. Amar Fadia was appointed as Additional Director (Non-executive Independent Director) on 14th November, 2016. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since July, 1994 and a Director of Astute Commercial Services And Solutions Private Limited.He was earlier associated with Essar Group for over 20 years and was responsible for Capital Raising, Corporate Structuring and Treasury Management for Essar Global Fund Ltd. His major contribution in Essar has been raising structured finance of over US $ 5 Billion for the Group. A rankholder Chartered Accountant Mr. Amar Fadia also has a degree from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies. .
Mr. Shekhar Bhuwania - Director
Shekhar Bhuwania is a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), Company Secretary (CS) and Law Graduate from Mumbai University. He is having a rich experience of more than a decade in the field of Finance, Investment banking, Taxation, Legal, secretarial and compliance activities. He has served in Private Sector Bank, one of the major law firms and in one of four major audit firms erstwhile.
